Product Development
Rincon Engineering provides extensive experience in 3-D design, analysis, testing, qualification, and certification of specialty fastening and highly engineered mechanical systems. As Rincon transitions product from prototype to production, our team will work to provide the most efficient and cost-effective production solutions and experience.
Production Systems
Rincon Engineering is well organized and highly dependent on a consistent systematic infrastructure and well running dependable processes. From quotation and order, to manufacturing, we have the production systems for customer information transition and data protection to ensure a final product that meets customer needs.
Manufacturing Expertise
Over the last 60 years, Rincon Engineering has built a very diverse and highly skilled workforce. We cover many manufacturing technologies in house to manage the process and control the lead times. Our workforce of over 35 employees with on average 18+ years of experience is skilled in milling (up to 46" x 40" x 30”), turning (up to 50” in diameter), deburring, sheet metal work, welding (up to 5’ x 5’ x 10’), and assembly.
Quality Systems and Processes
Rincon Engineering is ISO9001 certified and AS9100 compliant. Our internal quality systems are intended to manage the material sourcing, manufacturing processes, and final conformity of the product. We are also closely working with our customers and outside processors to address problems and challenges.
